Terms of use

1. Provider and scope

These terms apply to the use of FahrQuest, provided by [Name des Betreibers / Firma].

2. What FahrQuest (version 1) includes

• 11 driving missions in the fictional town of Harzbach — from the training ground via country road, Autobahn and night drive to the practical driving test.
• Vehicles: class B with manual and with automatic gearbox, class AM scooter, class A2 motorbike. Car with trailer (BE) and truck (C) are marked “coming soon” and are not playable yet.
• A theory trainer with 167 original practice questions on the topics of the theory test, with explanations, spaced repetition and mock exams scored with the official rule.
• Fines and points as a simplified learning aid based on the German Bußgeldkatalog.
• It is free to use. There are no purchases and no ads.

3. What FahrQuest does not include

• Not the official question catalogue of TÜV | DEKRA arge tp 21 (currently more than 1,100 questions for class B). Our questions are our own wording of the same rules and differ from the real exam.
• No image or video questions (dynamic situation questions) as used in the real exam.
• No official exam: passing a mock exam or a mission does not guarantee passing the real theory or practical test.
• No replacement for driving school: FahrQuest replaces neither the mandatory theory lessons nor driving lessons. Driving physics and traffic are simplified. On real roads, the StVO and your driving instructor's instructions apply.
• No legal advice: fines and points are simplified. Real consequences can differ, e.g. if others are endangered, during the probationary period, or case by case. In the game they only have virtual consequences.

FahrQuest is an independent learning game and is not affiliated with TÜV, DEKRA, arge tp 21 or any authority. We create the content carefully, but mistakes are possible — please report them to [kontakt@example.de].

4. Your account

• A guest account is tied to your browser. If you clear cookies or switch devices, you lose access to it. Registering keeps your progress.
• Keep your login details secret. Please use only one account.
• Display names must not be offensive, infringe anyone's rights or impersonate someone else.
• You can delete your account at any time on your profile.

5. Virtual credits, XP and points

In-game credits (shown in €), XP, levels and “Flensburg points” are purely virtual. They have no monetary value, cannot be bought in version 1, and cannot be transferred or paid out.

We may correct credits, progress and ranking entries after technical errors or abuse. If the game is discontinued, there is no claim to keep credits.

6. Referral programme

Anyone who registers via your invite link gets €100 in game credits. You get €250 in game credits once the invited person has registered and passed two missions — for up to 10 invitations. Three such invitations earn an extra task reward.

Second or fake accounts, self-invitations and automated sign-ups are not allowed; we may revoke rewards from such accounts. We may change or end the programme.

7. Fair use

Cheats, bots, tampering with requests to our servers, automated scraping and anything that disrupts the service are not allowed. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.

8. Availability

We keep developing FahrQuest. There is no entitlement to constant availability or to specific content.

9. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the Product Liability Act. Otherwise, liability for this free service is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

10. Changes and governing law

We may change these terms; we will inform registered users of material changes in the game. German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
